Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain HRMS records and track attendance, leaves, and compliance
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Assist in payroll inputs and policy administration
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and teams
